Each plan has a different ad spend limit. For example, the Gold plan has a monthly ad spend limit of US$5,000. If you reach this limit, your ads will be paused. To continue your campaigns, please upgrade your If your ads are not delivering but you haven't reached the limit, check out this article for troubleshooting: https://help.akohub.com/en/articles/5190520-why-isn-t-my-ad-delivering.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you're not sure which plan is best suited for your store, please contact us or schedule a 15-minute online consultation.
The transaction fee is based on your plan and campaign type. For example, if you run an Instagram Reels campaign on the Gold Plan, a 2% fee of sales credited through Akohub will be charged. For Facebook or Google ad campaigns, a 3% fee of the ad budget will be taken.
You can cancel your subscription by switching to the free Starter Please note that all campaign reports will be deleted once you remove our app from your Shopify admin. If you want to keep the data for future analysis or just want to temporarily pause your campaigns, we suggest switching to the free Starter
